The team at Facebook have been busy, announcing and adding a whole bunch of new features for Facebook Page admins this week. First it was Promoted Posts, then they introduced a feature that had been promised some time ago – multiple levels of Page admin access, and now they have introduced a feature that people have been requesting for some time – post scheduling.
When creating your posts you will see a small clock icon in the bottom left hand corner of the window.
Clicking this brings up the interface for scheduling your post.
You can set it for up to six months in advance, and schedule the post timing down to the minute.
Of course you have already been able to do this for some time using third party apps such as Hootsuite and Buffer, but it is nice that you now have the option to do this right in Facebook.
